My 6 Step Process In Working Together

1. Check out my website and social media to make sure my philosophy on nutrition matches your needs. If you think we align, go to the next step!

2. Via my website, submit a contact form with your name and email

3. Once I receive your contact form, I will be in touch via email to chat further about what your needs are. This will give me a better indication if we are a good fit in working together towards your heath goals.

4. We may set up a phone call if you need more in-depth information on my process, your health goals, and what the next steps entail.

5. If we decide to move forward and work together I will then send you a series of forms to complete. This will include scheduling the initial consultation, payment, contract for consultation, intake forms, health history, and daily food/mood journal.

6. All forms need to be completed ahead of time so I can assess them, make notes, and be able to go over them in the initial consultation. Payment and contract for consultation will also be due prior to the initial consultation.

Working together is a collaborative process. You have a say throughout the course of working together on any goals, recommendations, and implementation. I strive to provide an environment in which my clients voice is heard, they feel seen, and are actively involved in their own health progress.

Hormones are not the bad guy just the messenger. Our bodies will try and tell us what it needs and sometimes we don’t listen until it starts to scream. Using basics of nutrition to balance systems of dysfunction that impact the endocrine system is key!

During our sessions I will spend time on education of the body, nutrition, hormones, and how they are all connected. This allows clients to become more self aware of how their body functions and listening to its natural intuition.With all of this in mind we can work together towards goals and body autonomy.

  • During the initial session we will go over your forms, answer any questions, and go over the notes I have made which may include:
    • Daily diet
    • Family History
    • Genetics and gene expression
    • Current conditions

    • Activity Level
    • Mental health
    • Hormones
  • The initial session also will allow us to dive deeper into your short and long term goals, nutritional needs (deficiencies and dysfunction), and symptoms.
  • The recurring sessions are for education on symptoms. recommendations, and check-ins
  • Sessions following the initial consultation in the Starter Kit are for us to have time to start addressing your health
  • If necessary I may recommend certain labs to get a clearer picture of how the endocrine system is functioning. This can allow us to move forward with a more specific individualized plan.

  • Recurring Session Package Includes:

    • continue to address your symptoms
    • make recommendations
    • evaluate progress

  • Working holistically to restore the body and systems from dysfunction to one of balance can take time. Having these sessions make a difference and accountability in achieving your health/wellness goals.
